Place was horrible a few years ago but has really improved.

Always have used enterprise for years and cause it's fast and reliable.

My family and I i go on vacation a few times a year. We always rent cars, and have never had as many issues as we did with this location. Gor starters a day drive in, we noticed gave us a car that had expired plates. Luckily we didn't get pulled over but that would have been a huge hassel. Hiwever, we were worry the whole time we were gone. I tried calling several times and left voicemails and never received any call backs. They also didnt answer the phone the 4 another times I tried calling during business hours. 4 days Into vacation I called the 800 # on the main site. They finally gave me answers and explained how to go about the situation. The car's GPS navigation was not updated and got us lost 3 times as well as missing a reservation. It wouldn't be so bad but the car was a 2017 and should have been up to date. Upon dropping the car off I explained all the situation to them. They decided to give me a small percent off . Ok awesome, but then they over charged me from what I was told I'd be charged at the pickup . So now the manager is arguing with me that she charged me the right price. I pulled up my statement and proved her wrong. She finally apologised and said she'd refund me the 91 difference. Now 17 days later they finally credit my account but only $75! I called and ask to speak with manager, she stated she was the manager, and I told her the situation again. She said she'd look into it and get the rest of my refund. Hoping it wont take another 17 days! I informed her how much we rent cars and that I wouldn't be coming back. With a wonderful little attitude she just says ok. I will NOT be coming back here. Small town and bad business! No thanks. I'd rather drive further and get good customer service.

Polite staff and already had a car ready

I recently decided to look into buying a car from Enterprise. My local rental arranged for me to drive the specific vehicle I requested so I could use our get away weekend as a test drive.Can't say enough about Marie Fraiser. She's a poster child for the kind of service one hopes for when you rent a car. Brian Abihinder give that lady a raise.
