I do a lot of online shopping and in-store pick up. The staff at this Walmart are always helpful and seem to be in a good mood. They always offer help getting things to my car and loading them up.
Came here to return an item without a receipt that we just bought less than 24 hrs. ago. The lady at the customer service who clearly does not want to do her job refused to accept it since we did not have the receipt stating it only works for item less than $100. We returned items before without a receipt and successfully had our refund. No time to argue with Her or call the Manager/Supervisor, We head to Sterling Walmart and was accommodated by a Nice Helpful attendant who processed our return smoothly and gave us our refund.
Just like most Wal-Mart's departments are either without associates or associates lack knowledge. As usual, long lines at registers and not enough registers open. Debit card chip reader locked up my debit card twice and had to call my credit union to fix the problem.
Sterling Walmart is a mess. They set up there is horrible. Finding things are difficult and so I shop at the Walmart in Dixon. It's easier to locate items
Nice Walmart, well run, clean and everything in place. Have been in Walmart's where merchandise was open or on the floor not on the shelves, might have something to do with the customers in their location. This place is nice all departments well run and selection is good. The deli department is great with selection, salads, sandwiches and not counting the cheese and cold cut selection.
