Free Kids vids! Free educational and exercise dvds (yoga!) A lot of 1$ vids as well! They have Nintendo, Playstation and Xbox games. They even have consoles last I checked. Staff is usually very friendly in that laid-back yet helpful way that I can really appreciate in a vid store. Occasionally there are some uncool people who come in there but very rarely will you have somebody disturbing the peace or complaining loudly. Usually it's their own fault and they just don't want it to be. Or the expected more than what's reasonable. Occasionally a video gets lost on their dime and it's not the consumers fault. In those cases unless you later find it and turn it in they won't charge it to your account as long as they were able to find it. I tend to bring my videos all the way in and hand them to someone behind the counter at later times. This eliminates any problems with that. I also recommend that you get a readout receipt with your videos if you get more than one because that helps when you need to be accountable at different times for different kinds of movies. 5 days for the free ones and 5 days for the $1 ones but everything else is a different price and a different time. I go there a lot because I don't have Wi-Fi or television service. I'm not interested in what's on TV anyways and with movies I can control mostly what I'm going to see. Netflix takes care of some of the rest of it and the library is pretty good about Wi-Fi if you have your own computer like I do. All in all a pretty good place to go for videos! I only wish there were more of them around. Redbox is almost always disappointing. At least here you can talk to a person and get some help if the DVD doesn't work.
