I have not used this company on the selling end but have dealt with it on the buying end. In the future we will not consider this company for neither scenario due to my recent experience... very horrible experience in general with both realtor companies I have dealt with this time around and will not recommend neither company nor realtor to anyone (we have sold and bought in the past with a different company being on both ends of the transaction and things went wonderfully... will stick with this other company as long as they don't hire the realtors I now do not trust)... also when buying from this company (or any realty company after my recent experience) DO NOT put more than a dollar down for earnest, you will not see it again even if you have a constigency in place that says you get your money back in event sale falls through due to financing, home selling, etc. Once you give earnest money it goes to the title company and no constigency will get it back to you unless both parties agree and sign the paperwork afterwards with title company... trust me when the deal falls through one party will be bitter and refuse even though it was no fault of either party. It sits in escrow until the state treasures office steps in and claims it and at this stage it's virtually impossible to obtain.
