I had set an appointment based on a truck that I had found through CarGurus. I made the 45 minute drive to check it out. I was greeted by sales person Johnny Sims. I informed him of my less than perfect credit situation and that I was hoping to get the specific truck that I wanted in hopes to continue to build my credit. We went in and discussed further with the finance department and within 2 hours I had financing and the truck that I wanted, at a lower price. I even got to kidnapp Johnny to take my car home. Dixon Ford went above and beyond my expectations and i would easily do business again and highly recommended to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Service center could not isolate the issue of why my VW wouldn't start. They let the car sit for a few days and we needed it back so I offered them a few possible suggestions as to what could be the issue... And of course a day later they tell me ALL those things need to be replaced. They're lucky it wasn't actually my car, so the owner did decide to go through with all the "repairs"... Well, guess what? IT STILL DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM.
