I went in there knowing what I wanted, knowing what I could spend and relayed this information to staff on all 3 occasions they worked with me and every time I got what I wanted and where I wanted to be on payments.
Have purchased cars here and is the only place I service my vehicles and there is a reason for that. Their customer service is wonderful and their pickup and drop-off service for oil changes during the week is incredible. Love Ken Nelson!
