I was on vacation with my son and the battery light on my Matrix came on. I lost power steering, brakes and eventually the battery died. I had the car towed from the campground to Ken Nelson Toyota late in the afternoon on a Friday. The service advisor (Amie) informed me that the alternator needed to be replaced. She said they could order an after market part from O'Reilly to get me out the door the same day instead having to get a rental, ordering a toyota alternator, and having to take additional days off to come back from the Chicago area to pick up my car. Amie and the mechanic stayed past the scheduled closing time and got my car back to me in no time! Thanks so much for your hard work and dedication. You guys deserve a raise!!!
